Thirty Year Reunion: Class of 1976

Details:

  1. A joint account (Ashok Kumar Srivastava & Sandip Sen) has been opened at ICICI Bank, Sector-61, NOIDA. The account has been opened for the exclusive purpose of collection of money and expenditure on account of our Reunion Party.

  2. The account number is 025301000913 (ICICI Bank, Sector 61, NOIDA) URL for the bank is http://www.icicibank.com

  3. All are requested to make payments as per following details (Contribution for joining the event)
    • Single participation:    Rs 2000/-
    • With spouse:        Rs 3500/-
    • Additional members:    Rs 1000/- per head
    • The above is provisional amount to cover expenses on 7th & 8th January 2006, which would include food, transport, evening 3 D party on 7th, boat ride etc, but excludes charges for accommodation.

  4. Nitin Malhotra has blocked rooms at Meraden Grand Hotel (http://www.meradengrand.com). 7 rooms for 6th night and 27 rooms for 7th night have been blocked at Meraden while 6-7 rooms have been blocked for 7th night at a posh Club, which is just 5 minutes away from Meraden. Hotel accommodation is estimated to be around Rs 1700/- per day per room. A few rooms would be booked at the BHU Guest House also, for those who may want to stay in the campus.

  5. Persons requiring hotel accommodation would need to settle their individual accounts with the hotel. However, for booking and payment of advance purpose it is requested that they send approx Rs 1000-1500 for each room.


  6. Everyone is requested to deposit their share of contribution in the above-mentioned account. Mode of payment can be any of the following:
    1. Deposit money / cheque at any of the branches of ICICI
    2. Transfer money electronically
    3. Send account payee draft/cheque to Mr. A K Srivastava
      • Persons living out of country can remit through Remit to India or any such method. We checked up with the bank, it can also be transferred electronically through ICICI Bank's Money to India feature, you would need to register yourself at https://m2inet.icicibank.co.in/m2iNet/newRegistration.misc
