9 [Done] Institute Colors and Stylesheets

DONE.

(Sept 13, 2003: We have been using the colors for quite some time now. If anyone has very specific suggestions, please email the editor.)

We are not 100% sure we have the exact RGB combination to render the BHU building colors, the dark maroon/light yellow-beige. If someone has it, please post comments here.

If someone has done extensive site presentation and can contribute on the aesthetics of this site, please look up the style sheet here and propose different versions that we can try out.

None of the core team is a professional site developer. If an alumnus is, we would love to make them an owner here! :-)
