Contacting the Institute

For information about the university, the best place on the net is the BHU WEB site . This site is served through relatively low speed connection to the Internet so please be patient. However, there is a wealth of information about BHU available on the site. For one, the site has a complete phone book of various departments, faculty and administrative offices. When dialing a number, you may want to know that the country code of India is 91 and the city (aka STD) code of Varanasi is 542.

The Institute's own official WEB site is under construction and is expected to be available soon. It will be hosted at the same ISP as the ITBHU.org site and hence would be accessible through high speed links to the Internet.
