Satyabrata Jit

Satyabrata Jit was born in West Bengal, India, on November 2, 1970. He received the B.E. degree from the University of Calcutta, West Bengal, in 1993, and the M.Tech. degree from Indian Institute of Technology (I.I.T), Kanpur, India, in 1995. He is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree in the Institute of Technology, Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi, India. He is a Faculty Member in the Department of Electronics Engineering, Institute of Technology, Banaras Hindu University. His present research interests concern optoelectronic devices and switching using III-V semiconductors and multiple quantum-well structures.
